We are excited to announce the relaunch of the GGP-Connect webinar series with a fresh and engaging focus on Insight and Impact. In March 2021, the GGP introduced GGP-Connect webinars which were successful in uniting national teams worldwide to share experiences on survey implementation and data quality for GGS-II data collection. With GGS-II data collection underway and more datasets released, the GGP-Connect Insight and Impact series focuses on data analysis, knowledge dissemination, and policy impact.
The new format invites country and regional teams to present relevant GGS-II insights, emphasising best practices in communication with funders, policy-makers, and the general audience. Webinar topics include investigated or potential thematic areas for research, reports for stakeholders, policy impact, promoting the GGS-II in your country, plans for cross-national studies with GGS-II data and much more. We believe that this relaunch will provide an excellent opportunity for the global GGP community to learn from each other's experiences and inspire similar initiatives worldwide.
Join us for the first webinar of the series featuring Bernice Kuang from the University of Southampton, as she delves into the launch of the first UK GGS-II dataset. As mentioned, the UK team held a successful launch event of the GGS-II UK and Bernice will provide insights into the UK team's journey in launching and promoting the GGS-II UK and shedding light on its policy applications within the current UK policy climate.
